英国考试委员会（The United Kingdom Examination Board，简称：UK Board）统一阅卷，评分。口试考官在评分时，按照四项评分标准进行综合评分（流利性-连贯性fluency-coherence，词汇variety of vocabulary，语法 accuracy & range of gram-mar，发音 pronounce），各部分所占比重相同，这样可以避免对某一方面的强调而影响到考生的最后得分。同时采取多项打分，可以避免评分过程中出现的随意性。
四项评分标准：
Fluency and Coherence 流利性-连贯性
• speak with a reasonable degree of fluency and cohesion when compeking at length
• use language readily and with only limited hesitation when giving a full response to a question
Vocabulary 词汇的丰富性
• use a wide range of vocabulary to clearly convey meaning in the independent speech part of the test
• use appropriate vocabulary to answer questions accurately
Grammar 语法的准确性和灵活性
• use a fairly wide range of structures
• produce frequent error-free sentences pronnunciation 发音的准确度
